The apartment is downstairs in a two-story home that is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Kaimuki. There is a fenced yard and a private entrance. The friendly Japanese landlord lives upstairs.

The house is within walking distance to... Times and Foodland markets, Long's Drug Store, banks, and other shopping and restaurants.
It is within walking or biking distance to UH Manoa, Chaminade and KCC. And, there is easy bus transportation to Waikiki, Ala Moana SC, Kahala Mall, UH, KCC and downtown Honolulu.

The unit is freshly painted and has a new vinyl flooring. The room is fully furnished. Rent is $1,200/month (with a $500 security deposit) for one person in a private room. You would be sharing the unit with a mature female. Must be dog-friendly as apartment mate has a large German Shepherd dog. Non-smoking tenant only.

Electricity, water, wireless internet are all paid by the landlord and included in the rent. Tenant shares gas bill with other tenant. Off-street parking is available for a small or medium size car.
