Private room in 2BR condo at Waialae Place

I’m looking for a roommate to fill a private bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom 2nd floor condo. The unit comes with one dedicated parking stall, additional storage, and a private courtyard. New carpets have just been installed, and the building... offers secured entry, guest parking, a swimming pool, laundry facilities, and extra storage space. Water and sewer are included; we’ll be splitting internet, electricity and other utilities.

The location is very convenient, within a mile of UH Manoa (15-20min walk)

Rent is $1200 per month with a matching security deposit. Must be able to meet either in person or virtually for a tour of the place and a quick vibe check.

About me:
I’m 26 years old originally from New York City. I am a first-year PhD student at UH studying chemistry. I love skateboarding, hiking, chess, and sports. I am pretty easygoing, quiet and clean, and I’m very communicative.

Feel free to reach out if you’re interested or have any questions!
