Our hideaway on the tranquil Windward side of O`ahu is peaceful and quiet, ringed by the Pali mountain range and close to the kayaking and sailing paradise of Kaneohe Bay and 17 minutes from Kailua beach. We are also within easy reach of downtown... Honolulu. We are avid sailors, kayakers and hikers, happy to share information with you on the best places to go.

Doctors, medical residents, marine biology researchers, UH students, pilots, nurses, teachers, newly-weds and folks from all branches of the armed forces have enjoyed our restful environment as a peaceful retreat from a high stress job.

This is a peaceful neighborhood so we are definitely seeking someone quiet. Best for serious/studious professional. Main house occupied by busy professionals.

* Living room/dining area/mini-kitchen with large HD flatscreen TV, upscale furniture including Scandinavian designer table, chairs, loveseat, bookshelves, original Kastner Brothers artwork.

* Upgraded mini kitchen with granite countertop, refrigerator, dishwasher, designer cooktop, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster. Comes fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, glasses, etc.

* Upgraded bathroom -- marble floor and marble tiled shower.

* Washer/dryer inside apartment

* Use of raised bed vegetable garden. Eat pomelos, calamondin and bananas from our trees.

* Limited parking is available with this unit -- usually only one vehicle. Short walk to bus.

* Sorry, but no pets.

* Strict no smoking policy.

Less than 10 minutes from freeways to Honolulu, Aiea, Pearl City and other areas (H3, LIkelike, Pali Hwy).

17 minutes to Kailua Beach;
