One year lease starting ASAP until July 31st, 2026. Shared Master Bedroom Rent is $1,100. Rent includes water, gas, and trash. Electricity & WiFi are not included, but is split between all present roommates (usually around $85 a month/per person). Garage Parking is possibly available at $90/month. There is a waitlist through our building management for any open spaces, so parking is not guaranteed at the time of move in!
