Kama'aina Style Home For Rent
This kama'aina-style hillside home is available to rent between May 25 and January 15, 2027 while the owners are off-island.
Nestled part way up Wilhelmina Rise, it has unobstructed Diamond Head and ocean views that can be enjoyed from large ocean... side windows as well as a spacious lanai. Wood floors and vaulted ceilings add to its welcoming feeling. There is also a spacious lawn, garden and small fishpond. Out of the tourist area, Kaimuki's boutique town offers many eateries, shops, and exercise venues all along the stretch of Wai'alae Avenue.
The house is fully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable 8-month stay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom is being used as an office, but for an extra guest there is space for an air mattress. In addition, the living room's futon sofa can flatten out to a full-size bed. Covered parking for one standard-sized vehicle, a washer and dryer, and an efficient split system air conditioning are included.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property.
The rent is $3200/month. This covers water, gas, internet and yard service. Electricity is provided by a solar PV system and bills typically do not exceed $30. Tenants are responsible for the excess of $30/bill.
The rental term is from May 25, 2026 through mid-January, 2027.
A security deposit of $3200 and Renter's Insurance is required.
You must have a credit score of at least 720, proof of income of at least $9,000/month, and excellent housing references.
