Hale Mahana room for rent

Looking for someone to help me take over my lease for a room in Hale Mahana Apartments. Lease ends July 31st.

Needed to move out of dorm room but looking to pass on rent to someone like a student that may need a place to stay close to the university... .

The room is in a shared property with 2 other rooms and a shared kitchen that has a fridge, oven, stove, sink and multiple cabinets. The furnishings included in the room are a twin-size bed, a closet and large drawers underneath the bed as well as a desk with chair.

The building itself includes a lobby, an elevator, its own Gym, a roof balcony where there are barbecues and lounge chairs, an indoor lounge with a pool table and a tv with a sofa, and multiple study rooms on the roof.

Laundry is done through an app and there are several laundry rooms located on each floor.

Rent is 1252$ + some utilities (Electric, cable/satellite, government fees).
