Toured Great Student Housing near UH Manoa

The Representative who assisted us, Sabine was very warm and knowledgeable about the units available and the complex. Overall we are hoping to secure an apartment for our daughter this fall, but would highly recommend others to consider taking a tour and renting for college students.

Amazing Place for Students--Love the Staff

My daughter has lived in the building since April and absolutely loves it! The amenities are a great bonus and the view from the roof is amazing. The management has been super helpful and responsive to any of our questions, and we will definitely be renewing! Can't say enough great things about HM!

Best Apartment Near UH Manoa

Hale Mahana Apartments' staff were so welcoming and kind on the day of move-in. Since then I am always met with smiles whenever I come across the Community Assistants. Last Friday, August 18, move-in day was rather fast because of their care and attention to ensure those future residents that completed all the necessary steps were placed in a fast pass line. All I had to do was show an official ID and I had my keys. That is one of the many examples of how Hale Mahana Apartments stand out from... the dorms and other off-campus housing. Not to mention, the goodie bags and merch I got along with my keys. I am glad I found this place and am settling in with the semester ahead of me. Shout out to the CAs Sammi, Steph, Alex, and Mer! Thank you for being so welcoming!

Best Student Housing in Honolulu

As a resident that has lived here for the past two years, In can honestly say this is the best student housing in the area! The office staff was so helpful when I signed up, taking the time (over 2 hours signing and moving in the same day) to show me each floor plan I was interested in and finding what would work best for me. The roof is perfect for catching some rays and study rooms have a nice view! Very pleased with my experience.
