Hale Haukani

Looking for someone to take over my lease starting June 1st 2026 at Hale Haukani (2570 Dole Street), just steps from campus! It's a brand new apartment built in August 2025 and is a one-bedroom studio with a private balcony, bathroom, shower, kitchen... , and queen-sized bed. Laundry is in the building and there are trash chutes on every floor. The building also has a rooftop with sofas, additional study space on the 2nd floor, and locked bike storage on site.

There's also tons of street parking right beside the building for mopeds or vehicles. Rent is $2010/month. The lease ends July 31st 2026, but you can extend it directly with the building. Applicants must be a student, faculty, or staff at the University of Hawaii at Manoa-even taking just one class makes you eligible. Message me if interested!
