Female Roommate in Makiki Condo

Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, academically focused female roommate to share my condo in the Makiki area, about a 10-minute bus ride to UH, from move-in through May 16 (move-in flexible).
I’d love to live with someone I can be social with—chat,... maybe explore the island together—but there’s absolutely no pressure to be best friends. A good balance of independence and friendliness is perfect. I’m also a big fan of clean shared spaces, so someone who’s tidy and respectful is important.
