I have a fantastic furnished space to rent in Downtown Honolulu, 4 miles from UH Manoa.

This is a private suite in my condo. We would share the kitchen, living room, and... laundry room.
My building Capitol Place is a luxurious high-security condo, home to Josh Green when he was still LtGov, Senator Akaka when he was alive, and many folks who want security and privacy.

$2200/month includes:
* Private suite with a queen bedroom, all furnishings and linens, split air conditioning, flatscreen TV with cable and Roku, large closet with hangers, laundry basket, beach towels, beach bag, shopping bags, umbrella
* Private furnished office with high-speed Wi-Fi
* Private bathroom with towels, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, rug, cleaning supplies, small trash bin with bags
* All utilities including high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, electricity, water, sewer, garbage disposal
* Covered/gated assigned parking spot

The common living area includes:
* Fully equipped kitchen with Viking appliances, Pots and pans, toaster, electric kettle, blender, crockpot, rice cooker, Keurig, spices, foil, Ziplocs, dish towels, paper towels, dish soap, dishwater detergent/rinse aid.
* washer/dryer, laundry detergent
* Living room with leather sofa, marble coffee table, flatscreen TV with digital cable
* Cleaning supplies

This luxury Condo is a secure building with front desk concierge, 24-hour security & cameras. Resident Manager on-site. The building common areas include a beautiful pool, hottub, large furnished Meeting/Party room with kitchenette & TV, Yoga/Pilates studio, Private Theatre with 20 leather recliners with cup holders, Surround Sound, and a popcorn machine, Children's play area/playground, Nine private cabanas with BBQ grills and ice chests, free ice, huge clean Gym/Fitness center, and 2 Music rooms.
It's an easy walk to Downtown shopping, business district, restaurants, night life, Chinatown.
We are on The Bus line. There are Biki Bikeshare stops close by.

This is my own place. I am a physician at Straub Downtown.
I live in the other half of the unit. We will share the common living areas (a roommate situation).
There is no cleaning fee. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself, your own area, & washing your sheets/towels. I provide laundry detergent and cleaning supplies.
The space is more appropriate for one person, not a couple.
No pets.
$40 Criminal background and credit check required.
Three-month minimum per Hawaii law, then month to month, with prorated rent for a partial month. You may do a longer lease if you wish.
Deposit and rent may be paid by check, cash, Venmo, PayPal, Square, or direct deposit.
