4 bedroom, 3 bath house for rent.

A two-story house in the back of Manoa Valley with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a lot of additional living space, 2 patios, etc. available for rent. We are going on a sabbatical leave and the house is available from 06/01/2025 until... 12/31/2025. The house is on the slope, and the entry is from the street level. There is a semi-basement level with a separate entrance from the back of the house that is below street level. Two tenants are living on the semi-basement level. They are very quiet. The bus stop with bus number 6 that passes by UH is across the street. The distance on foot to the UH campus is 1.7 miles and it takes about half an hour walking to get there using a foot path behind Noelani Elementary School.

The monthly rent is $6000, but the price is negotiable for multi-month stays.
