2022 University Ave

We are a married M couple, and are looking for a compatible person/s to reside in our maid's house on our property. This is a fully furnished place, with two magnificent Persian carpets, 1875 carved bed, Antique secretary, grandfather's clock, and... chest. We bought a new TV and it works well with our internet provided from the main house. There is a full kitchen, with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, and utensils. A full sized stove and refrigerator. It has a number of quartzite steps going up to the front door, and a private pond in the back with a deck. There is a large Dracena and bougainvillia in back by the pond which takes a little maintenance. Parking is on street, although you can negotiate with Geriane regarding her vacant carport or the Babtist Convention for use of their parking lot at night. Otherwise there is plenty of on-street parking. We have 10 foot lava rock walls surrounding our property, and locking gate to enter the premises, so it is very safe and secure. There is a key to the gate and there is a key to the maid's house. One of the pleasures of living here is the surrounding foliage. We would appreciate someone who likes to water the plants so that they continue to flourish. Please reach out to us for more details. We are quite social, so we do give parties from time to time. Aloha
